Moving Kids Fitness Lesson:
The Moving Kids Fitness Program is a 10-week course specially designed for children aged 4 to 12, aiming to promote health awareness and develop essential physical fitness. Through engaging activities and dynamic team exercises, this program enhances children’s strength, balance, flexibility, and overall athletic skills in a fun and supportive environment.
What’s Included in the Program:

Fitness Foundations: Build a strong base in aerobic exercises, strength training, balance improvement, and flexibility.

Interactive Activities: Kids will enjoy exciting weekly sessions filled with icebreaker games, relay races, jump rope challenges, dance classes, obstacle courses, and sports such as basketball, soccer, and track & field.

Skill Development: Children will develop core motor skills, coordination, and agility while learning how to stay active and healthy.

Personal Health Goals: In Week 9, participants will create their own fitness plan and learn how to set achievable health goals.

Final Presentation: In Week 10, kids will showcase their progress and celebrate their accomplishments with classmates, parents, and instructors.
