Fundamental Technique Training
Students will practice essential karate stances and techniques, such as the front stance, straight punches, front kicks, and blocking moves. Instructors use creative analogies to help kids easily grasp and remember the movements.

Kata Practice
Kids will learn simple Kata sequences (such as "Breaking the First") to understand the flow of movements and enhance their body coordination.

Fun and engaging activities, such as pad work drills and obstacle courses, are incorporated to reinforce skills while ensuring the kids enjoy their learning experience.

Sparring and Application
Under supervised and controlled conditions, children will engage in sparring drills like four-point stance or light free sparring to develop quick reactions and apply techniques in a safe, real-world setting.

Cool-Down and Closing Ceremony
Each class ends with static stretching and breathing exercises to relax the body and mind. A closing bow is performed to reinforce karate etiquette, respect, and gratitude. Instructors also provide positive feedback to encourage students and celebrate their progress.
